Hello readers!  Posts are going to sparse over the next few days. Mike and I are embarking soon on a road trip for about a week. He won’t tell me where we are going thought so it will definitely be an adventure! With the powers of an iPhone, Gluten Free Registry, Urbanspoon and an ingredients checker scanner we should be good for finding gluten free restaurants that I will be sure to share the review of.  We’re also packing a cooler and bringing some non perishable stuff with us for the ride so we’ll be set if we can’t find anything!

When I get back, I have some great reviews of products and restaurants coming up along with some recipes and other posts!
