Time for another Food Share find product review! As I’ve said before although the majority of our products are produce, we have a small grocery section that offers some interesting finds. Often, this area fills my need for quick go to snacks that might be a bit of an indulgence.

Recently I found a package of gluten free Peanut Butter Cookie Dough from Immaculate Baking, a company who’s tag line is Honestly Delicious. They make a line of three pre made gluten free cookie doughs that are ready to cook. Each package comes with 12 pre-cut cookies, simply add the oven and the baking sheet and you have yourself a quick snack!

Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, these cookies have a simple peanut butter flavor that tastes of both childhood fun and adult indulgence. One cookie is just the perfect amount to feel satiated. Go check them out! They probably sell in Whole Foods.
