Although Celtic Celiac was born in May 2010 I myself was born into this gluten free life March 1st 2010, meaning that today marks my 4 year Gluten-Free-A-Versary!
I know, you love my crafty office supply and gluten free pretzel art work. Aren’t I so creative? In reality I had too much time on my hands at work the other day. The first post I made as a gluten free gal was:
today is the first day of the rest of my life, the healthier feeling life that is… Day one of gluten free = go go power detox
It truly has been a healthier and happier life, despite the struggles I’ve encountered over the past four years. There isn’t a more fitting way to celebrate this occasion than heading down to Florida, the last place I visited before going gluten free. I’m down there right now celebrating my cousins marriage, and boy is it nice to have a brief respite from the cold up in New York. We’re heading home tonight though and hopefully there is a celebratory dinner is in store.
