Celtic Celiac is officially 4 years old! What a four years it has been since my first post “My Ancestors Survived the Potato Famine and all I got was this Lousy Celiac Disease”. I’ve had the pleasure of growing personally and professionally, while engaging in and becoming a part of a wonderful community, as part of this website.
While I still wish I could post more often this site has grown into more than I ever expected it to, and I am excited for the next stages in its life. Last year to celebrate my 3rd anniversary I launched my Gluten Free Lifestyle Services and was a coach for a 6 month gluten free challenge. This year, to celebrate, I plan to transition the site to it’s very own domain. I had asked awhile back of my readers whether I should keep Celtic Celiac as the name, and after some personal reflection I have decided to do so. The transition will take awhile, but keep your eyes out!
And as always, thank you to my readers, followers, ‘likers’, and everyone who appreciates and values my blog! I hope I have helped you with your gluten free journey, and can continue to do so in the future!
