Being a lover of travel, there are two new gluten free travel opportunities I couldn’t help but share with you guys.

The first opportunity is through Gluten Free Travel Site. As I’ve said before I post reviews of restaurants and hotels to their site, and have been for about a year. This first opportunity is sponsored by this site, and is a weekend retreat occurring May 3rd-6th 2012 to Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts. The second opportunity, or opportunities you might say, is through a new website called Gluten Free Travel-US. This is a new company which offers gluten free travel itineraries to places such as Vietnam, Italy, Spain, Costa Rica, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean (to make a few).  With personal experience traveling with food allergies, and with planning travel itineraries, the owner Ellen Morse is a great asset to the gluten free community. Adding Estelle Chandler, a gluten free living and cooking chef, only makes things better!
