Thanksgiving, and the holiday season, can be a difficult season for those who are gluten free or have other GI complications such as food allergies or IBDs. It gets tough to balance your schedule with preparation, not to mention balancing your illness and your trust in other people to not get you sick.
I wanted to compile a set of resources for those needed additional supports this season. Below you’ll find my top picks for holiday tips, tricks, and recipes. While primarily related to gluten free living, these can be applicable to other GI issues as well.
Enjoy!
