We all know looking through ingredients lists in tiny font and searching for that somewhat elusive warning about cross contamination can make shopping take forever, especially for those of us who are new to the gluten free game. When I first started eating gluten free Mike purchased me a book which has become overwhelmingly handy, The Cecelia’s Market place 2008-2009 shopping guide. Complete with an index by product type as well as an Rx and health products section this book is a must have! Let me tell you, it saved me hours!
