NY Times: Should we all go gluten free?
I will admit, this is a long article which I only skimmed. However, it touches on many important gluten free topics such as: the recent expo in Salt Lake City, the need for support, the importance of mainstream gluten free options such as those offered by General Mills, and the idea that gluten free may just be a fad. Helpful hints include helping kids visualize sizes and teaching them how to compare options. For the gluten free folks, reading the fine print is also discussed

Winner of Coeliac UK’s Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition Crowned
What a fun idea, a gluten free Chef competition (including menu development)! As one of the judges states:
“It is wonderful to see chefs at all stages of their career with such a passion and enthusiasm to embrace the gluten-free diet and the needs of those diagnosed with coeliac disease and I hope that they will all continue developing further gluten-free dishes in their repertoire and spread the message to their colleagues and colleges.”
