Did you all have a good thanksgiving? I sure did. It was the first time that Mike and I had both our families together for thanksgiving dinner and it was almost entirely gluten free (with the exception of two dishes). This article focuses on folate, from why it is necessary to why gluten free folks might be lacking and what they can do to get their needed intake. This also seems to be a series, as there is a part two which discusses fiber and a gluten free diet. All great information!
