National School Boards Association Releases new Food Allergies in School Guidelines
Since I work with in the local districts as part of my internship I get access to inside scoop information when it comes to school district policies. This guide includes relevant data, tips for identifying and managing student plans, checklists to assess school policies and much much more. The full guide can be found in PDF for here. The NSBA also has an entire website dedicated to food allergies here.

UK Enacts New Gluten Free Labeling Law
