This weeks news seems to almost all be about the FDA, such as my earlier post this week, which I guess is good news all around! However, it’s difficult not to find redundant news articles!
FDA May be closer to Defining ‘Gluten Free’ Standards
Check out this article and video from ABC regarding movements in the direction of labeling guidelines for gluten free foods. I am a bit disappointed in looking at it from the fad perspective, but it is good to see that they are viewing it as diet that is not entirely healthy for everyone.

A study testing the accuracy of take home genetics tests has shown that some tests may not be accurate. A little to technical for my taste it is at least a positive thing to know that these tests may not be accurate.
