Science Fair Project Proves Celiac More Prevalent in Society
I love science, so I get a kick out of 3rd graders who get medical sponsorsphip of their science projects, especially when it related to diagnosis of Celiac Disease. This creative idea diagnosed 4 people out of 133 with CD as a part of the girls project, suggesting that testing is a good screening tool and needed more than it is currently used. I give total kudos to this girl!

This article is well thought out in discussing what this means for us, as well as nature, as well as what you can do.
