Hello Readers! The past few weeks have been hectic as my wedding is this Saturday, so I know there has been a lull in posts. To fill the void I’ve partnered with KIND Healthy Snacks to bring you a delicious giveaway in celebration of National Peanut Butter Day (January 24th). I love food holidays, don’t you? A whole day to celebrate a particular food item? It’s a good time to get creative and have some fun, and in this giveaway KIND Healthy Snacks wants to help my gluten free readers celebrate National Peanut Butter Day in a unique KIND of way. Read on for entry details, and of course good luck!
The What:One lucky winner will win a KIND Peanut Butter Cube containing 10 products displayed and listed below:
Composed of 100% healthy gluten free whole grains, these products are the perfect combination of protein, carbs and heart healthy fats that keep you feeling fuller longer. The winner of this giveaway will surely get some delicious goods that pack the sweet and crunchy tastes of peanut butter products, but with all the more health!
The How:Entering is simple! You can do any or all of the following, so long as you leave a comment with each entry containing your name and and email. See below for the means of entry!

I’ll be picking the winner of this giveaway on January 30th, and will be contacting the winner directly to get their address!
GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY ENTERING!
(and when I return, I promise I will have some great gluten free wedding and honeymoon posts coming up!)
I, too, love peanut butter cookies! Also, good ol’ pb&j!
Thanks for sharing Katie! If you want to have multiple entries please leave a separate comment for each entry. Peanut butter cookies are so simple and delicious!
peanuts blended with raw walnuts into a nut butter! so yummy – eat them on baked potatoes either red or sweet, or sometimes on raw carrots!
oooo I’ve never thought of added blended nuts to potatoes but that sounds delicious!
My favorite thing to make with peanuts is a Peanut Crusted Pork Loin Roast. It’s so good. I discovered the base recipe when I was cooking my meal from Spain (I’m a fellow food blogger who is cooking my way around the world) and I adapted it because the called for nuts were really expensive and peanuts were more affordable. It’s a really good recipe!
My favorite peanut baked good, is actually a non-baked good called a buckeye. It’s very similar to a peanut butter cup, but in ball form! Thanks from karmakaytlyn@yahoo.com!
Peanut butter fudge, or just trail mix!
