This past year has been a year of change and excitement.
There were big things: I graduated and became a Licensed Master of Social Work, I embarked on what some called impossible and planned an entirely gluten free wedding (which is now less than 3 weeks away!), and I started spreading my autoimmune disease/food allergy and food justice writing to a big venture with Social Justice Solutions Inc..
There were small things: I made my own gluten free ice cream, risotto, and bread for the first time, I ate ostrich for the first time and then went pescatarian, and I became more in tune with eating in season.
Then there were new products like Majans Bhuja Snack Mixes, Marshmallow Mischief Products, and Butterfly Bakery goods which filled my belly and my blog creativity.
2013 will no doubt continue to be a great year. As a newly married women likely moving out of New York for the first time I am sure I will have lots of stores to share. I’ll have many new gadgets and gizmos to do some creative gluten free cooking, and hopefully enough time to share my experiences!
